Login to the Control Panel  

1.     Visit http://solutioncenter.realtor.com

2.     From the Control Panel box, login by selecting your account type, and your MLS City from the drop-down menu.  Enter in your MLS ID and password. 

3.     Click Sign In

4.     Click Yes to accept the Terms and Conditions.


Editing Office Account Information

1.     From within the Office’s Control Panel, click on the gold menu option Account Information

2.     Click on Agent/Office Info from the shaded area, to update the following information:

NOTE:  Any changes made to Account Information will appear on both the Listing Details page through the Find a Home Search (where Showcase Listings appear), the REALTOR.comâ Web site, (if applicable), and the Find a REALTOR® search

3.     In the Contact Information section add your office name, phone numbers, and email address by typing them into the text box

4.     In the Web Site URL field, include the URL address of your Office Web site, to link to from each of your office’s active listings on REALTOR.com® (must include:  http://)

5.     To change your Control Panel login password, type a password (maximum 8 characters) into the Password field

6.     To display Neighborhood Information for all of your listings, leave the box unchecked. 

7.     The information provided in the Location Information section will ensure that you can be located in the Find a REALTORâ (communities and zip codes should be entered with a comma following each entry and no spaces in between individual entries, with the exception of the last entry, which should not be followed by a comma (example:  Scottsdale,Phoenix,Cave Creek,Glendale). 

8.     Enter your NRDS ID in the NRDS screen (displays when you initially access the Control Panel).  This also allows REALTOR.com® to retrieve your designations from the NAR

9.     Include any key words that describe your properties or service specialties into the Keywords field 

10.  To add or change your Office Logo, click on the open folder icon beneath the empty image well

11.  Once you find the file, click on the file name, and then click on “Open”.  The recommended logo size is 80w x 120h pixels. 

12.  To add a Slogan, type a slogan into the text box (60 characters max). 

13.  Remember to click Save Changes



 

Editing Office Sign Rider

 

From within the Control Panel – for Static Image (non-animated):

 

1.     From within Office's Control Panel, click on the gold menu option Account Information

2.     Click on Agent/Office Info from the shaded area

3.     Scroll down to the Sign Rider section, near the bottom of the page.
To upload a non-animated Sign Rider image,
click on the open folder icon beneath the empty image well

4.     To add Sign Rider text, type text in Sign Rider Text field

5.     To add or update Sign Rider URL, Select either Link to LDP (this will link Sign Rider to Listing Detail Page) or Link to Specified URL (and enter URL in appropriate field)

6.     Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page to save this information.

 

For 3-pane, animated logo:

 

In order to get an Animated Message posted to the site, please send the images (a.k.a. creatives) to images@realtor.com with the following information:

1.     Product name (Animated Sign Rider)

2.     MLS city

3.     MLS cust ID

4.     Billing ID

 

The order the images should be in the rotation (e.g. image 1, image 2, and image 3).

 

The requirements/ specifications for the Animated Sign Rider Are:

·         75 X 50 pixels (width by height)

·         Size up to 4k

·         Single loop animation, up to 3 frame, supported

·         Text on a frame can be up to 3 lines w/ 10 characters each line including spaces.

·         No flash, eye blaster, expandable dhtml, rich media

·         File name should be.gif for animated images and/or .jpg or .gif for static images.

 

 

Enhancing Your Listings 

 

1.     From within the Control Panel, click on the gold menu option Enhance My Listings

­    Depending on your contract, you may need to log into the Agent’s Control Panel vs. the Office Control Panel

2.     Click on Select a Listing in the shaded area

3.     Select your listing from your active inventory - click on Edit

4.     All of the enhancement tools will be listed:

o    Edit Video Tours: 

- Select a title for your video

- Select a template for your video

- Click Browse to select a video from your file directory

- Once the file appears in the directory window, click “Open” to download the video

o    Edit Listing Photos:

- To add a photo, click on the “Update New Photos” link (add up to 25 photos)

- A file directory window will open so that you can locate a photo file on your computer

- Click on the file name, and then click “open”.  Recommended photo size310w x 233h  pixels (multiple photos can be added by depressing the Ctrl key and selecting multiple images)

- Add photo captions to each photo, as desired (80 characters max)

- To edit a current photo, click on the Edit Photo link in the top left corner of the individual image well

- To change the order of your photos, click on a photo and drag it to a different position

- Click on the ‘Save Changes” icon to save any changes

 

o    Edit Text Descriptions:

- To add your custom description click into the REALTOR.com® Description box: (Showcase Listing customers only)

- Remember to select whether you want consumers to view the MLS description or the REALTOR.com® Description on the search results and listing details page   

- Click on Save Changes

o    Edit Headline:

- To add a Headline click into the Headline Box (2 headlines are available 50 characters max per headline)

- Click on Save Changes

o    Edit Special Message Box Text

- To add a special message click into the Edit Special Message Box Text (255 characters max)

- Click on Save Change

o    Edit Open House:

- Post your open house information well in advance by clicking into and filling out all of the fields. 

- Click on Save Changes button

 

Viewing Office Listing Reporting

 

1.     From within the Office’s Control Panel, click on the gold menu option Reporting

2.     Click on Listings Traffic in the shaded area

3.     To sort by Agent, select agent’s name from drop-down menu

4.     To view the reporting for a specific listing, click the listing’s MLS ID

 

Logout of the Control Panel

1.     Click Sign Out in the upper right hand corner of the Control Panel window.
